It takes you through ten footsteps – each one a key step along the way to learning how to self-manage your pain so you can get on with living your life. Developed by the makers of this website, it has all the tried and tested tips and information you’ve come to expect from My Live Well with Pain plus lots of new material to keep you on track.

Our latest ‘Ten Footsteps’ resource has been developed by carers working closely with Live Well with Pain. Their extensive experience of supporting loved ones who live with persistent pain makes this interactive resource both insightful and highly engaging.
