Six Self Care Questions

We know from listening to other people with long term pain that writing things down is a really good way of working out your priorities.

These questions have been designed to help you think through what you need to maintain and improve your health.

Some people have found it helps them to have more productive conversations with health professionals too.

So try writing down your thoughts next to each question – it could help you focus on what’s most important to you at the moment, and what you’d like to do next.
